ASA Isaac Oyedeji
Chief Executive Officer
ASA Isaac Oyedeji popularly known as Mr ‘Deji is the Executive director of HALTism and More Therapy Ltd and founder of Asa Saves Autism Foundation (ASAF). Deji has always been intrigued by human behaviour which led him take all major courses in psychology while studying Sociology in University of Ilorin. Deji graduated with Sociology B. Sc in 2005 and set out to be a Relationship Manager in the Nigerian banking sector. However, life took interesting turn when he started off working as an Autism Practitioner.
Asa Isaac Oyedeji is an Advanced Certified Autism Specialist (ACAS) with over 16 years of field and managerial experiences. He presently works with The Scottish Autism and also rendering services to families in West of Scotland area. He is a member of National Autistic Society (NAS), United Kingdom. Amongst several courses and trainings, he has training in Interpersonal Whole Brain Model of Care (IWBMC) and Sensory Processing Disorder.
Mr. Deji has been privileged to work with diverse cultures (families) and thus places high emphasis on Person Centred Approach and Culture humility. He has worked globally on different programmes with children from American, British, Asian and of course African descent.
Deji has worked and trained many schools within Lagos and Port Harcourt, Nigeria. He drives a huge change in perspective to improving the quality of lives of autistic children and young adults. Mr Deji believes the way you THINK about the learner is how you treat him.
Under his leadership, the staff has been driven to work as a team and it is a family affair with amazing bond. This in turn helps their mental health and improved work ethics.
Emmanuella Ogundipe
Programme Director
Emmanuella is the Programme Director for Haltism and More Therapy Ltd. She has over 15 years of experience working with children and young people with special needs (Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down syndrome, Dyslexia). She worked with Acceleration Therapy Ltd as a Behaviour Therapist and school facilitator helping children gain amazing milestones. Her experience and impact is widely recognised in top schools she worked with including Greensprings School, Lagos and Princeton School, Lagos.
Having a son who is dyslexic, Emmanuella’s love for children led her to working with children on the autism spectrum and related disabilities. She is an advocate for the people living with special needs. She enjoys creating sustainable impact using creativity and empathy for the uplifting of all.
She is a trained computer scientist. However, to be more effective in working with individuals with special needs, she has acquired proficiency in handling the complicated yet important mission of working with individuals with special needs. She has acquired many professional trainings and qualifications in Teaching Math with Unique Learning Styles, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Supporting Children with difficulties in reading and writing, Clinical Psychology of Children and Young People, Working with Children living with Autism, Structured Teaching, Special Educational Needs, Communication and Listening Skills from
local and international bodies.
She is a mother of five great children, a Pastor and a Resource Speaker. Her catch phrase is “put yourself in the child’s shoes, then you can get the best of that child.”
Akinleye Temitope
Speech Pathologist
Akinleye Temitope is a graduate of Oyo State College of Education, where she specialized in Primary Education and English Language. She furthered her studies in English Language Studies at Tai Solarin University of Education, B.Ed. and obtained a Master’s degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from the University of Ibadan.
With an extensive educational background, she has worked with Haltism and More Therapy for 5 years.
Ms Temi has actively engaged in numerous training sessions and seminars, focusing on effective strategies for supporting children with autism and learning disabilities. Her expertise centers on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and encompasses specialized training in Augmentative and Alternative Communication, Communication and Listening Skills. She is certified in Interpersonal Whole-Brain Model of Care (IWBMC) in Georgia, and in management of Speech and Language Difficulties. Additionally, she is a registered member of the Teachers Representative Council of Nigeria.

Mercy Ene Iyamabo
Director/Board Member
Mercy Ene Iyamabo is an enterprising lady; Mercy holds a Diploma in Law and a Second-Class Upper Degree in Intelligence and Security Studies. Her area of expertise are Project and Talent Management. With over ten years top management experience at the Centre for Policy and Integrated Human Development, Mercy has acquired skills required in driving organizations within a highly competitive environment.
With over a decade senior management experience, Mercy Ene Iyamabo is the (Senior Vice President Business Development / Head, Strategy Team) at the Centre for Policy and Integrated Human Development (CPIHD).
As a head of the Strategy Team, Mercy carried out dual administrative and operational functions working directly with senior managers. I work with senior management to constantly identify CPIHD goals, needs and objectives.
Mercy led the strategy team that developed international training programmes in Canada, Ghana, Singapore, United Arab Emirates and United States of America for our forty-one public sector clients across Nigeria.
As a head of the Strategy Team, Mercy helped ensure all the Centre for Policy and Integrated Human Development goals were met while keeping an eye on the governance / trends and help prepare strategies to respond to these changing trends.
Mercy has a Passion for humanitarian services. She worked as a volunteer for ENGINE – (Educating The Girl Child in New Enterprise) during her service year.
ENGINE was centered on mentoring the girl child and creating awareness of the dangers the girl Mercy is also a member of the Society of Saint Vincent de Poor, an organization the helps the poor and needy in the society by given them free health care, food, education, shelter and small business startup to mention a few.

Toni Asa
Director/Board Member
Toni Asa graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Art in English Language from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. She started her career within the financial and insurance sector as a sales advisor with ARM -Life Nigeria Plc. Her quest for career advancement later took her into the advertising and branding sector.
In pursuit of sharpening her human relational prowess, she challenged herself to pick up a professional M.Sc in International Human Resource Management in Glasgow Caledonian University, United Kingdom.
Mrs Toni Asa has been involved in many volunteering activities around women and children over the past few years. Such activities include her involvement with schools across Lagos, where she engaged in public speaking roles with children on topical issues of self-awareness and self-esteem. Toni is based in the United Kingdom with her family. She is married to Mr. Oyedeji Asa of Haltism and More therapy and a mother of two amazing children.
